Bright Spot Therapy presents:
What: A drug-free approach to crushing your insomnia! We work together to teach you about the science of good sleep, develop a specific sleep plan with your sleep doctor, and slay anything in the way of getting you the sleep you deserve.
How: We use a treatment called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help you manage the thoughts and behaviors that are standing in the way of you and a good night's rest.
When: Wednesdays at 2:00 pm - 3:15 pm
