Podemos nos sentir divididos entre desejos contradit\u00f3rios, d\u00favidas e medos, ou experimentar momentos em que nossos comportamentos ou pensamentos parecem desconectados de quem realmente somos. O <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Internal_Family_Systems_Model\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sistemas Familiares Internos (IFS)<\/a> oferece uma estrutura \u00fanica e poderosa para compreender esses conflitos internos e, principalmente, ajudar as pessoas a reconcili\u00e1-los.<\/p>\n<p>A premissa central do IFS \u00e9 que nossos sentimentos e a\u00e7\u00f5es, por mais perturbadores ou prejudiciais que possam parecer, est\u00e3o tentando nos proteger de alguma forma. In IFS, empowerment is about reclaiming authority over one&#8217;s internal world. It involves recognizing and nurturing the Self-the part of us that is wise, compassionate, and capable of leading our internal system.<\/p>\n<p>When people are disconnected from their Self, they may feel overwhelmed by the pressure of their internal parts-such as the critical voice of an inner critic, the wounded voice of a part holding unresolved trauma, or the impulsive actions of a part seeking instant gratification. In such cases, it can feel like these parts are in control, leading to feelings of helplessness, confusion, and disempowerment.<\/p>\n<p>O IFS procura transformar essa din\u00e2mica.
