Often, it is an &#8220;alert system piece&#8221; that helps us become aware of and address risky situations. Think crossing the street while texting and NOT feeling anxious about being hit by a car! The anxiety we naturally experience helps us make sure we look where we are going and avoid a disaster.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, quando a ansiedade come\u00e7a a limitar nossa capacidade de lidar com as tarefas do dia a dia e passa a afetar nossa autoestima e confian\u00e7a, ela se torna um desafio que precisa ser cuidado.<\/p>\n<p>Sentimentos de ansiedade intensos e intrusivos que impactam negativamente nossa vida muitas vezes t\u00eam origem em partes mais jovens de n\u00f3s mesmos e\/ou em experi\u00eancias traum\u00e1ticas. Essas partes frequentemente ficam presas no passado \u2014 em momentos em que nos sentimos amea\u00e7ados e n\u00e3o t\u00ednhamos os recursos necess\u00e1rios para lidar com a situa\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de sentir medo e ansiedade.<\/p>\n<p>A ansiedade tamb\u00e9m pode estar ligada a uma baixa confian\u00e7a em nosso Self e nos outros, fazendo com que questionemos constantemente nossas pr\u00f3prias decis\u00f5es. Muitas vezes ela aparece associada a partes cr\u00edticas e julgadoras, que desencadeiam sofrimento e frequentemente nos condenam por nossas a\u00e7\u00f5es, pensamentos ou sentimentos.<\/p>\n<h2>Explorando nossa parte ansiosa<\/h2>\n<p>E se, em vez de tentar eliminar a ansiedade ou suprimi-la, pud\u00e9ssemos acolher essa parte de n\u00f3s com curiosidade e empatia?<\/p>\n<p>Ao fazer isso, abrimos espa\u00e7o para compreender melhor os medos, incertezas ou desconfian\u00e7as que est\u00e3o por tr\u00e1s das emo\u00e7\u00f5es ansiosas. Esse processo nos permite conhecer melhor a n\u00f3s mesmos e desenvolver caminhos mais saud\u00e1veis para a cura. A abordagem <a href=\"https:\/\/rachelfreedlandmsw.com\/pt\/internal-family-system\/\">Sistemas Familiares Internos (IFS)<\/a> considera essa experi\u00eancia um elemento central do processo terap\u00eautico.<\/p>\n<p>Quando aceitamos partes de n\u00f3s que talvez tenhamos vontade de afastar, damos a elas a oportunidade de serem compreendidas e validadas. Isso nos ajuda a curar feridas antigas e seguir em frente de forma mais adaptativa.<\/p>\n<p>A realidade \u00e9 que, ao longo da vida, haver\u00e1 momentos em que nossas partes ansiosas ir\u00e3o aparecer, especialmente diante de desafios.
