Muitas vezes sentimos como se tiv\u00e9ssemos sido quebrados em peda\u00e7os e pode ser desafiador encontrar uma forma de nos reorganizar novamente.<\/p>\n<h2>O que o trauma faz conosco?<\/h2>\n<p>Quando passamos por uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/mental-health\/features\/emotional-trauma-aftermath\">traum\u00e1tica<\/a> , as \u00e1reas do c\u00e9rebro respons\u00e1veis pela regula\u00e7\u00e3o e processamento das emo\u00e7\u00f5es ficam hiperativadas, enquanto os processos de pensamento l\u00f3gico podem ser temporariamente reduzidos. As mem\u00f3rias do evento traum\u00e1tico tornam-se intensas e v\u00edvidas, despertando emo\u00e7\u00f5es e sensa\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsicas que frequentemente parecem avassaladoras. Em alguns casos, podemos vivenciar o que \u00e9 classificado como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/diseases-conditions\/post-traumatic-stress-disorder\/symptoms-causes\/syc-20355967\">Transtorno de Estresse P\u00f3s-Traum\u00e1tico (TEPT).<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rachelfreedlandmsw.com\/pt\/internal-family-system\/\">Sistemas Familiares Internos<\/a> \u2014 conhecida internacionalmente como Internal Family Systems (IFS) \u2014 sugere que possu\u00edmos diferentes aspectos internos que influenciam nossas cren\u00e7as, emo\u00e7\u00f5es, pensamentos e a\u00e7\u00f5es. Muitas vezes mantemos algumas partes que n\u00e3o gostamos \u2014 como mem\u00f3rias traum\u00e1ticas \u2014 afastadas da nossa consci\u00eancia. Ainda assim, as cren\u00e7as que surgem a partir dessas experi\u00eancias podem impactar profundamente nossa vida no presente.<\/p>\n<p>Traumatic memories, despite being parts of us, are frequently suppressed and pushed away from the &#8220;Self&#8221; because of the concern that it might be too painful to face the pain surrounding the trauma. The protective parts within ourselves assume the role of helping us stay away from the traumatic memories.<\/p>\n<p>Our protective parts have the intention of helping us and always mean well. Their goal is to keep the &#8220;Self&#8221; safe. However, their actions can lead to unhealthy coping mechanisms, resulting in unresolved and unprocessed trauma, which can prevent our authentic &#8220;Self&#8221; from manifesting itself so that we can be the unique person we are.<\/p>\n<h2>Trabalhando com a perspectiva do IFS<\/h2>\n<p>Using the IFS approach, we learn to identify and appreciate all our &#8220;parts.&#8221; We are able to acknowledge that each of our aspects intends to better life for our &#8220;Self.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In working with Internal Family Systems, we understand that our protective part results from our fear of confronting the emotions resulting from the trauma, creating a barrier between the &#8220;Self &#8221; and the traumatized part.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de um ambiente terap\u00eautico seguro e acolhedor, o IFS ajuda a processar os sentimentos e cren\u00e7as que se formaram a partir dessas experi\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<p>Ao utilizar Internal Family Systems como abordagem terap\u00eautica, buscamos acolher nossos sentimentos e reconhecer o prop\u00f3sito que tiveram no momento do trauma, explorando tamb\u00e9m se ainda \u00e9 \u00fatil manter hoje as cren\u00e7as que surgiram como forma de prote\u00e7\u00e3o naquele per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n<p>Esse processo envolve conhecer cada parte \u2014 tanto as protetoras quanto aquelas que foram empurradas para o isolamento ou para o sil\u00eancio.
