Pesamos os pr\u00f3s e os contras e, muitas vezes, somos puxados para um lado e depois para outro, sem saber qual \u00e9 a decis\u00e3o certa a tomar.<\/p>\n<p>Estas s\u00e3o algumas ideias para refletir ao considerar a busca por ajuda profissional.<\/p>\n<p>A terapia tem se mostrado eficaz em ajudar os clientes a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alcan\u00e7ar um melhor manejo da ansiedade, depress\u00e3o, raiva ou outras emo\u00e7\u00f5es desafiadoras. Esses sentimentos podem ser resultado de estresse atual causado por desemprego, perdas pessoais, doen\u00e7as, entre outros fatores, ou de eventos traum\u00e1ticos precoces.<\/li>\n<li>Lidar com desafios em seus relacionamentos, como estresse conjugal, crises familiares e conflitos entre pais e filhos, que podem t\u00ea-los deixado com sentimentos de solid\u00e3o, raiva ou ressentimento.<\/li>\n<li>Develop increased self-esteem and self-confidence.<\/li>\n<li>Obter um melhor autoconhecimento. Isso pode envolver revisitar com seguran\u00e7a eventos da inf\u00e2ncia, utilizando-os como catalisadores para crescimento e maior consci\u00eancia de si.<\/li>\n<li>Adquirir habilidades que os capacitem a alcan\u00e7ar objetivos de vida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pode ser dif\u00edcil falar abertamente sobre nossos desafios pessoais.
