A priva\u00e7\u00e3o cr\u00f4nica do sono est\u00e1 associada a condi\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsicas como hipertens\u00e3o, doen\u00e7as card\u00edacas, diabetes, comprometimento do sistema imunol\u00f3gico e dor cr\u00f4nica. A falta cr\u00f4nica de sono tamb\u00e9m pode ter um impacto negativo na concentra\u00e7\u00e3o e contribuir para o ganho de peso.<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente importante, a ins\u00f4nia est\u00e1 ligada a transtornos de sa\u00fade mental, como depress\u00e3o e ansiedade, al\u00e9m de aumentar o estresse em relacionamentos.<\/p>\n<p>Em m\u00e9dia, clientes esperam 10 anos antes de buscar tratamento para a ins\u00f4nia.
