Voc\u00ea n\u00e3o est\u00e1 sozinho(a). Eu posso ajud\u00e1-lo(a) nessa jornada.<\/p>\n<p>Relacionamentos com familiares, amigos ou parceiros amorosos t\u00eam um impacto profundo na forma como nos vemos e na maneira como interagimos com os outros. Pesquisas mostram que o bem-estar individual est\u00e1 diretamente relacionado ao bem-estar de nossos relacionamentos: eles podem ser uma fonte de for\u00e7a, seguran\u00e7a e felicidade, mas tamb\u00e9m podem causar dor profunda, decep\u00e7\u00e3o e perda.<\/p>\n<p>Manter relacionamentos comprometidos e saud\u00e1veis \u00e9 desafiador. Eles exigem ajustes, avalia\u00e7\u00f5es frequentes e refinamento constante, algo que muitas vezes conseguimos fazer sozinhos. No entanto, h\u00e1 situa\u00e7\u00f5es em que, apesar de nossas melhores inten\u00e7\u00f5es, um problema persiste e precisamos da ajuda de um terapeuta.<\/p>\n<p>Com frequ\u00eancia, as pessoas permanecem em relacionamentos infelizes por anos antes de buscar terapia. Muitas vezes, quando finalmente procuram ajuda, j\u00e1 ocorreu um dano significativo; existe uma grande dist\u00e2ncia emocional entre os parceiros, a confian\u00e7a foi quebrada e h\u00e1, frequentemente, muita raiva e ressentimento presentes. Quanto maior a espera, mais enraizados se tornam os comportamentos negativos e maior pode ser o esfor\u00e7o necess\u00e1rio para retomar o equil\u00edbrio.<\/p>\n<p>Embora cada caso seja \u00fanico, existem alguns sinais de alerta que indicam que voc\u00ea pode se beneficiar da terapia de relacionamento:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seu parceiro afirma ouvir o que voc\u00ea diz, mas voc\u00ea se sente emocionalmente n\u00e3o ouvido(a).<\/li>\n<li>Voc\u00eas brigam constantemente por praticamente qualquer coisa.<\/li>\n<li>Voc\u00ea costuma se calar e suprimir seus sentimentos para evitar conflitos.<\/li>\n<li>Voc\u00ea sente que h\u00e1 algo que n\u00e3o est\u00e1 bem no relacionamento.<\/li>\n<li>Voc\u00ea se concentra excessivamente nas necessidades do outro, em detrimento das suas pr\u00f3prias.<\/li>\n<li>Voc\u00ea sente vergonha e impot\u00eancia dentro do relacionamento.<\/li>\n<li>Voc\u00ea est\u00e1 iniciando um novo relacionamento e deseja aprender como dar a ele a melhor chance poss\u00edvel de dar certo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Com base em diversas t\u00e9cnicas para abordar cada situa\u00e7\u00e3o de forma individualizada, atuo nos desafios dos relacionamentos com estrat\u00e9gias emp\u00e1ticas e focadas em solu\u00e7\u00f5es.
